1、接单订舱

提前7-10天 提供出口托书给我司，托单注明中英文品名，箱型，危险品级别（CLASS），联合国危险品编码( UN NO.)，危包，以及特殊要求，以方便申请舱位和危险品申报 。

2、提供申报资料

提前四个工作日提供货物申报相关资料：

① 危险品包装性能检验结果单

② 危险品包装使用鉴定结果单

③ 产品说明：中英文对照

④ 出口报关单（a. 核销单b.发票 c.装箱单 d.报关委托单 e.出口报关单）

3、装箱进港

由于危险品是船边直装，所以一般在船开前3天装箱

① 货主自行送货至我司指定危险品仓库内装。

② 我司安排拖车到工厂装箱，装箱后需在集装箱四周贴大危标，如所装货物泄露会对海洋造成污染还需贴上海洋污染标记，同时拍照取证。

4、报关

确定柜号，车辆吨位，清单，备齐完整的报关单据后开始出口海关申报，海关审查合格后放行。

5、提单确认

根据委托书缮制提单并与客户确认提单，保证提单内容的真实性和准确性。

6、付费

与客户确认费用单，并收取相关费用。

7、返报关单，运单

出口报关结束一个月左右将报关单返还客户退税核销。
